Refund and Return Policy
At GM Groups Designs, we strive to provide the best quality graphics design services to our clients. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service or deliverables, please review our refund and return policy:

Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.
- If the project is canceled before completion, a refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point, at the sole discretion of GM Groups Designs.
- No refund will be provided for services that have already been completed and delivered.

Returns/Changes:
- We allow two rounds of revisions for each project. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra fee.
- If you are unsatisfied with the final design, we offer the opportunity to discuss changes or adjustments to align the project with your needs.

Eligibility:
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences or if a project has been approved by the client during any phase.
- Refunds are only considered if the final product does not meet the specifications agreed upon during the initial consultation.

Non-refundable Services:
- Any services involving third-party software or products, or payments made for licenses or external materials, are non-refundable.
